Lenin Flores is a coffee grower and the quality assurance lead for El Morito, where he also manages his own high-altitude coffee farm. He has strengthened the community by introducing premium coffee varieties like Wush Wush and Pink Bourbon, with the first local harvest expected in 2025–2026 and plans to share seedstock with other farmers. Founded as a family initiative and formalized as a producers' association in 2022, El Morito emphasizes collaboration, quality, and shared growth—values reflected in Lenin’s agronomic and leadership roles.
