The cherries harvested are processed at Bella Vista, where both wet and dry milling take place. As with all the farms managed by Luis Pedro, the renewal of different farm sections allows for the separation of lots, enabling us to offer coffee with exceptional quality and full transparency in every transaction.

We maintain strict adherence to agricultural best practices to ensure both high production and premium quality. The cherries are hand-picked by local workers from nearby communities, providing a valuable source of employment in the region.

Once harvested, the cherries are transported to the Bella Vista wet mill. There, they undergo the complete post-harvest process: depulping, fermentation, washing, and drying. Drying can be done either on sun-exposed patios or inside a greenhouse, depending on the specific needs of the lot.

After a resting period in our warehouses, the parchment coffee is processed through the dry mill. Once this stage is complete, the coffee is ready for export.
