Martha’s 12-hectare farm is one of the most stunning we’ve visited, where coffee trees flourish under the shade of avocado, citrus, and banana trees. We’re honored to exclusively offer her 100% Caturra Tolva Process micro lot. Developed through years of experience, this artisanal process—semi-washed (honey), tolva-tarped, and semi-anaerobic—produces a coffee unlike anything else we’ve tasted from Huila.
Every time we cup this coffee, it surprises us with vibrant and playful tasting notes—bright citrus like lemon, the rich body of German chocolate cake, and a candy-like sweetness reminiscent of Skittles or peach rings. We’re incredibly excited about this coffee and hope you are too!
