Quiche NATURAL, Guatemala

This fun natural coffee is sourced by smallholder farms ranging from 1 - 3 hectares in the Quiche region.  The producers bring their cherries to the new wet mill owned by Federation Comercializadora de Cafe Especial de Guatemala (FECCEG). This is cooperative that operates throughout Guatemala and focuses on sustainable economic projects to improve producers livelihoods.  This juicy natural coffee is a good example of that.  Natural coffees can be hard to process well, so the FECCEG provides an infrastructure, and increases the value to the smallholders.
